Wellington ICT is governed by a Board of Trustees, who meet once a month to review Trust activities. While Trustees have a governance role, they may also participate in the management of a specific project. Wellington ICT welcomes enquiries from people interested in becoming a Trustee or Associate Trustee.

 Mike has been a Wellington 2020 Trustee since its inception. He brings to the Trust an abiding interest in the development of Community ICT projects and programmes, particularly the use of 0ff-the-shelf technologies to meet community needs. Nathan's career began in 1994 at TVNZ and since then he has worked in lecturing, project management, and design and programming roles. Nathan has taught at The One Academy in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), UCOL (Wanganui) and Massey University (Wellington). His lecturing career has covered animation, programming, design, web design and electronic marketing.
He has over 13 years experience in the new media industry, which includes concept development, design, programming, project management and e-marketing. He owns and manages Boost New Media, Wellington. |

Heather worked for over eighteen years in the corporate communications sector before setting up Foresee Communications Limited in 1993. Since then she has worked with a wide range of clients from the non profit sector including local government, arts, environment, education, government and welfare. Her journalism skills are put to good use in publishing the two subscriber publications - Sponsorship Profile and Fundraising in New Zealand.
As a member of the Fundraising Institute of New Zealand and the Australasian Sponsorship and Marketing Association, Heather's reputation for excellence is widely recognised among colleagues, the non-profit sector and the corporate community. Heather is a Councillor on the Upper Hutt City Council. |

Barbara is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management, Massey University, Wellington, teaching on the Information Systems major. Her overseas experiences include living and working at Khon Kaen University, Thailand in the early 1970s, being a full-time mother for four years in London and, more recently taking up a research scholarship at the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur in 2004.
Her major research interests include women in the tertiary learning computing environment and those working in the industry and issues around the digital divide. She has a Doctor of Science Education from Curtin University of Technology, Perth and holds Graduate Diploma Information Systems and Bachelor of Arts from Victoria University, Wellington. |

![]() Hannah is the Interim Director of Adult and Community Education (ACE) Aotearoa. She has held senior management roles in the education and non-for-profit sector. In 2005, Hannah received the Flexible Learning Leader in New Zealand (FLLinNZ) award. She used this grant to visit a number of non-profit organisations involved in bridging the digital divide in the United States. She has a Master of Arts in Political Studies (Hons) from the University of Auckland and is completing an MBA from the University of Newcastle (Australia). Hannah has a strong interest in education and technology. |
